84, passed June 24th at home with her loving daughter by her side. She was the wife of the late Maurice Allard. She was a longtime Pawtucket resident before moving to Blackstone Falls 12 years ago
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Aurore (Chartier) Desorcy.
Theresa had been employed by the former Reliance Products as a production clerk and then by Arbeka Webbing as the payroll and personnel manager until her retirement in 1989. She was a member of the St. Anne Sodality and also a member of the Ladies Guild of Our Lady of Consolation Church. She was an avid bowler and past secretary of the Ladies League at Darlington Bowling Lanes. Terry also enjoyed playing cribbage and loved doing crafts.
She is survived by her daughter who was also her caregiver the past year, Sr. Jeanne Allard SSCh, a brother, James Jacques of Arizona, and several nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held Wednesday at 9am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln, with a Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Consolation Church, Corner Sabin St and Broadway, Pawtucket at 10am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friend are invited. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Sisters of St. Chretienne, 197 Pleasant St., Marlborough, MA, 01752.
