89, of Applegate Lane, passed. Born in New Bedford, MA, son of the late Isaac and Helena (Magnett) Gracia.

Bill was employed for 32 years by Boliva Watch and was an Army WWII Veteran.

He is survived by a brother, Joseph H. Gracia of New Bedford and a sister, Mary E. Evans of Cranston.

A Memorial Service to which family and friends are invited will be held Sunday, August 23rd, at 3pm in the American Legion Post #69, corner Potters Ave and Salem St. Arrangements by the Keefe Funeral Home, Lincoln.
