77, passed on November 28th. She was the daughter of the late Adelard and Mary A. (Bessette) Fredette.
She had been employed by Stanley's Restaurant of Central Falls for 30 years and then for the Foundation for the Blind retiring in 1997.
She is survived by a daughter, Carol Santos, with whom she resided at 70 Hall St, in Providence before moving to Charlesgate Nursing Home. She is also survived by a sister, Cecile Hamel of Cumberland, five grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Edward D. Roy Jr. and sister of the late Margaret H. Sheriff, Irene Sequeira, Rita Moulin, Albertine Brown and Emile "Butch" Fredette. Calling hours will be held Saturday from 2 to 5pm followed by a service at 5pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private
