85, passed December 5th. He was the husband of Frances (Trottier) Fauteux. They have been married for 55 years.
Born in Pawtucket, Edward was a son of the late Emile and Yvonne (DeFault) Fauteux.
He had been employed as a cabinet maker for many years and was an Army Veteran of the Korean War. He was a life member of the Lefebvre Post 1271 and the American Legion Post 14.
Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Louis Fauteux and his wife Carla, of Polk County, FL and Jason Fauteux of Lincoln, a sister, Frances, 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Edward Fauteux and brother of the late Emile and Loretta Fauteux.
His funeral will be held Monday at 7:45am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in Historic St. Joseph Church, Mendon Rd, Cumberland at 9am. Burial with Military Honors will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Sunday from to 3 to 6pm.
