64, passed away peacefully at home on December 17th.
She was the daughter of the late Walter and Anna (Zielinski) Karewa.
Karen had been employed as the manager of Bryan Furniture for over 40 years. She enjoyed her job, her dogs and doing crafts.
She is survived by a son, Brent Paulhus; a brother, Robert Karewa, his wife Linda and daughter Amy; a granddaughter, Audrianna Paulhus; and several cousins and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10am in St Agatha Church, corner Logee St and Fairfield Ave, Woonsocket. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 4 to 7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln
