"Bunny", 81, passed January 11th. He was the husband of the late Ruth N. (Pezzullo) Traficante
Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Charles and Elsie (Marcaccio) Traficante. He was a lifelong Cranston resident.
Charles had been employed as an operating engineer and was a member of the International Operating Engineers Local 57.
He is survived by three sons, Michael C. Traficante of Cranston, Gerald Traficante of Smithfield and Paul Traficante of Cranston, a sister, Charlotte Daignault of Cranston, a brother, Michael Traficante of Cranston, 8 grandchildren, Nicole and Jared Traficante, Lindsay Cacioppo, Lisa, Nicholas, Ashley, Kristen and Brett Traficante and four great grandchildren.
A Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 11am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Monday from 4 to 7pm. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St, Providence, RI 02904.
