He was the former husband of Kimberly (Gardner) Otero and brother of the late Joe Otero.
Calling hours will be held Saturday, January 19th from 4:30pm to 7:30pm with a service at 7:30pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
