"Dumar" 83, passed at home on January 30, 2013. He was the husband of the late Maria (Fidalga) DaLomba.
Born in Brava, Cape Verde, a son of the late Joao and Emilia
(Moniz) DaLomba.
He had been employed by the former Carol Cable of Pawtucket for over 20 years.
He is survived by two daughters, Emilia Dutra of New Bedford, MA and Deolinda Borges of Cape Verde, three sons, Antonio DaLomba of Pawtucket, Joao DaLomba of Holland and Jose Borges of Cape Verde, four sisters, Maria DaLomba of Pawtucket, Luisa Barbosa of New Bedford, Bilinha Barbosa of France, Elizabeth Lomba and her husband Carlos of Lincoln, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Jose DaLomba.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 8:45am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Edward Church, Weeden St, Pawtucket at 10am. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Friday from 5 to 9pm.
