55, of Smithfield Ave, passed Thursday at the RI Hospital, Providence. He was the husband of Edna C. (Pina) Anzevino.

Born in Cranston, a son of the late Alfred G. and Beatrice (Ellison) A Anzevino. He was the lead drummer for the Desperado Band for many years before becoming the proprietor of the L.A. Café of West Warwick.

Besides his wife he is survived by two sons, Michael Kelly of Warwick and Alfred Anzevino Jr. of Lincoln, a daughter, Jennifer Mignacca of Providence, a brother, Albert Anzevino of Wisconsin and two granddaughters.

His funeral will be held Monday at 10am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Edward Church, Weeden St, Pawtucket at 11 am. Relatives and friends invited, calling hours Sunday 6-8pm. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
