Richard H. Campbell Sr,"Dick" 72, passed on May 21, 2013. He was the loving husband of Donna M. (Lambert) Campbell. They have been married for 52 years. He was the son of the late Leo and Loretta (Kelly) Campbell.
He had been as a machinist and toolmaker for many years and was the lead guitarist and vocalist of "Country Loving" and other bands since he was a child. He also taught guitar to many. Besides his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Sherri Campbell Tremblay and Carol Campbell, both of Pawtucket, two brothers, Eugene Campbell of Maine and James Campbell of Pawtucket, a sister, Mary Charpentier of Pawtucket, five grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was the father of the late Richard H. Campbell Jr. and brother of the late Francis Campbell and Phyllis Viau.
His funeral will be held Friday at 8:45 am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary Church, Pine St, Pawtucket at 10am. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be Thursday from 5 to 8pm. Flowers are respectfully omitted.
