Born in Peru, he was the son of Elizabeth Brito of Providence and Oscar Tizon.
Oscar enjoyed life and time with his family and friends,
Besides his parents he is survived by two brothers, Flavio Tizon and Sheldon Tizon of Providence, a step father Pablo Campanero and many aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends.
Calling hours will be held SUNDAY July 7th from 5 to 8pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higgison Ave, Lincoln. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held TUESDAY at 10am in Mt Carmel Church, 12 Spruce St, Providence. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
