"Lenny" 93, passed on August 25th. He was the husband of Madeleine (Bergeron) Nadeau. They have been married for 63 years.
He was the son of the late Hylas J. and Emiliana (Doherty) Nadeau.
He was a self-employed Audio Video Communications specialist.
Lenny was an Army-Air Corp Veteran of WWII serving as a communications officer and pilot stationed in North Africa, Egypt, Jerusalem and France. He was a member of the Civil Air Patrol, Civil Defense and the Q B's.
Besides his wife, he is survived by six daughters, Nancy O'Malley, Marguerite Nadeau, Carolyn Nadeau, Connie Whalen, Julie Heineke, and Marie Johnson, a son, Leonard Nadeau, 13 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Blanche Lagesse and Clemence Cadorette.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday in Holy Spirit Parish, Dexter St, Central Falls at 9:30am. Burial with military honors will be held in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 5 to 8pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
