Danielle was the daughter of Celeste Dias and the late Daniel Fernandes.
She is also survived by her children, Valerie Fernandes, Alana Russo, Jay-Daniel Healy, Derik-Rian Healy and Aiden-Flynn Healy, a grandson, Xavier Fernandes Patrick.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 9:30am in St. Edward Church, Weeden St, Pawtucket. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket. Calling hours will be held Friday from 5 to 8pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln.
