67, passed November 18th with her family by her side. She was the wife of Amadeu F. Fonseca; they have been married for 49 years.
She was the daughter of the late Joseph F. and Rose E. (Barry) Shottek.
She had been employed as an LPN for many years.
Besides her husband she is survived by two sons, Anthony J. Fonseca and David J. Fonseca, a daughter, Kristen M. Baker, seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Kathleen was the oldest of seven siblings. She was the mother of the late John J. Fonseca.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 4 to 7pm in the Keefe Funeral, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private, In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the New England Organ Bank, 60 1st. Ave, Waltham, MA 02451
