73, passed away peacefully Monday evening at the Miriam Hospital in Providence. She was the wife of the late Joseph F. Sullivan. Born in Fall River, MA, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Ethel (Dawson) McNeil. Clara is survived by four Children, Joseph P. Sullivan of East Providence, Mary T. Case of Pawtucket , Dennis M. Sullivan of Warwick, and Kelly C. Sullivan of Pawtucket, Thirteen grandchildren, Crystal and Sandra Woodman, Jacqueline , Julie, Jacob, Kayla, Joann-Katrina, Kristie, Karissa Sullivan, Sean Egan and Edwin Rainey, Shanna and Shawna Cardarelli, eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late A. Joann M. Sullivan.

The arrangements are entrusted to the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave., Lincoln, RI, where family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-7 PM. Her funeral will be held Friday at 8:45am with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception, 103 Pine Street, Pawtucket. Burial will be in RI Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter, RI. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made in her memory to Pawtucket Animal Shelter, care of Pawtucket Police Department, 122 Roosevelt Ave., Pawtucket, RI 02860
