"Bobby", 57, of Arnold Ave. passed away March 26, 2014. He was born April 15, 1956 in Nashville, TN. Son of the late Childress and Mary McCutcheon. He leaves to cherish his memory his daughters, Angela Page Hawkins (Clarence) and Divina Lovegrove and a son, Robert McCutcheon. He is preceeded in death by his daughter Kimberly Page. He also leaves Granddaughters, Gania, Brooklynn, Londynn & Barrionna and Grandsons, Artevious & Trayveon Hennessy, sisters Angelyn and Dimetra McCutcheon, brothers Andrew and Childress Sawyers, Dana McCutcheon (Ella), and Charles McCutcheon (Anglie). He is preceded in death by his brothers Eugene Sawyer, Donald and Raymond McCutcheon. He also leaves behind a devoted Aunt, Betty Sullivan, a host of nieces and nephews and loved ones that claimed him as "Dad". Bobby was educated in the Providence Public School System. He is a graduate of the Preparatory Enrollment Program (PEP) at Rhode Island College. He was a longtime Civil Servant of The Department of Corrections for the State of Rhode Island. As a very young man, he had a commitment to his community as shown by his involvement in various community programs including OIC and The Urban League. His natural ability to educate and develop impressionable minds lead him to never miss an opportunity to provide a teaching experience on a daily basis. As a father, friend, fisherman or professional, you could always count on a life lesson and guidance from Bob.
Bob was "the life of the party" and his smile could light up any room. He will be truly missed by all who knew him.
A Home going service will be held Monday at 12:30pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln, RI 02865. Burial will be private. Relatives and friends are invited and may visit starting at 10am.
