The death of a loved one is the most difficult thing we deal with. May you find comfort and have faith in God’s promise of an earthly paradise where even death will no longer exist. That promise is found at Revelation 21:4, 5 which reads “And he [God} will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.” As wonderful as it is that mourning, outcry and pain will be no more, God’s promise even includes doing away with mankind‘s ultimate enemy - death. “And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.“ 1 Corinthians 15:26.

Junior, I was saddened to hear about the loss of your wife of 41 years. Though you and I have only just met, I already know that she was loved by you for all of those years because every student I talk to tells me what an exceptional person you are.
