Nana, I am going to miss you so much. I loved your yearly visits. The beginning of this year you told me you were feeling better and ready to purchase your ticket to visit again. Unfortunately, Jehovah had other plans. I am so happy you were able to meet and love my now husband Willie. This may sound strange, but because you have met him and made you yearly visits to spend time with me. I am at peace. Happy you are no longer suffering. I know you will be watching over me and my children like you have and your prayers were always felt. I love you and will miss our weekly conversations.

Words can't express the sadness I feel for Leticia Naylor and her family. My husband and I are honored that we were able to share conversations, laughter, love and good times with "Nan". She was a beautiful person inside and out and she infected others with her love and sweet spirit. I will never forget her smile and the love she showered us with as if we were her own. To the family: Find comfort in knowing that she is resting in paradise. Weeping may come and endure for a night but joy will come in the morning. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

To Elise and U.S. Family it was so sad to hear of the passing of Aunt Erma she was a special Aunt to me and others for sure. I always remember her visits over the years she and my mom loved to go swimming while here in Bermuda. She was always the same so peaceful and loving had a kind word and a hug any time she was near. She will truely be missed indeed. Hold on to those precious memories to carry you through.

Elise and all other US cousins it has been very hard for me these past few weeks. It has only been a year and a few months our father passed Aunt Erma’s brother. I had always held a special bond with Aunt Erma, we shared a lot. I had the opportunity to stay with her while I attended school in the 70’s and many times after, occasional visits. Most special and unforgettable I spoke to her Saturday July 5, 2014, wow , what a talk we had ending with us saying I LOVE YOU, little did I know this was our last conversation. I know with her strong belief and Jehovah’s Blessings she is at peace. To you all we will continue to remember her as the
Lady who had strengths that amazed us
Carried trouble and burdens
Held happiness, love and opinions
Smiled when she felt like screaming
Sang when she felt like crying
Cried when she was happy and laughed when she was afraid
Her love was always unconditional

She will be greatly missed by many here in Bermuda her birth home.
