Hi I'm very sorry for your loss. I know that loosing someone you know and love can be very hard to cope with but the bible can bring comfort at John 5:28. It says "Do not be amazed at this for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out." So this scripture is saying that we will be able to see our passed loved ones again. When someone we love falls asleep in death it throws us off balance and we are left with many emotions including anger, pain, disbelief and denial; and we know that our lives will never be the same. Slowly we adjust and we find the strength to go on without them. Our love never dies, but remains forever in our hearts and memories and they bring us comfort. May you find comfort in God’s promise of an earthly paradise (Revelation 21:3-5) where even death will no longer exist and where our dead loved ones will be resurrected to live on the earth forever in peace (Acts 24:15).
