Teddy, I always remember your smiling face and happy personality.I also remember your Florida arm..............when you would drive down here and have your left arm beet red from hanging out the window. Miss him so much.God gave us a warning that he would be leaving us soon.I would never take that for granted and spent much time with him. While caring for him recently he sat there staring into the yard and said "I am going to miss you guys,I am going to miss being here."Those words were very powerful words of him excepting that he knew he wouldn't be here much longer.I was so blessed by being able to spend the time with him that I did.For the first time in months I sat in my house speaking to one of my sons and for a moment it was silent and i heard a whisper"Now its time for you to start living your life." He knew what it took to care for him. But Dad I would have continued having u here for a lifetime.I want to thank all my siblings for the care they provided to him so he could pass at home with his loved ones. Dad got his wish.

20yrs ago I was painting a fence on the corner of South Angel & Prospect Street on the East side(it's still there and I'm still painting). I was whining about how much fence there was to do, 'the old man' working with me says "kid don't worry about how much you have left in front of you and don't worry about what little you've done behind you just focus on what's right in front of you and everything will work out." I'll take that as a painting and a life lesson. Thanks for everything....the man, the myth,the legend. Teddy B.......R.I.P.
