We are born into family, we do not choose, but at times of loss, we make choices as to where we reflect. Time was not always kind, but I can remember a man who loved to garden, a man with a wood working shop that intrigued me and who's work impressed me, a man who was generous on holidays and birthdays, a man who always took us out to eat, which was a special treat. I was a small child who was innocent and able to see through flaws and misgivings, blind to pain of others...so with that same mindset I hope that your passing brings remembrance of any good that there was and peace and closure to those with you today. I am sorry that I am unable to be there. Rest in peace Grandpa - Nicolle
