My sincere condolences goes out to the Webster family, and Bliss family, I remember Shelly when I was a little girl, she was Shelly Webster then, and I always had big respect for her. When I did run into her, I always joked with her that I known her since I was little, how come she was still little. That was me and her joke. I write this with sadness. RIP SHELLY.

As I write this, the tears are falling because Shelly was a dear friend of mine. I will miss her dearly and I will cherish all of the good times and memories that we shared.
