To the Reynolds Family. I didn't know Joseph personally, but I would like to express my condolences to you and your family for your loss. I have experienced this loss in the past, and found a great deal of comfort from what we read in the bible about how death will be done away with as stated in Isaiah 25:8. Also we read the words of Jesus who said we will see our dead loved ones again (John 5:28,29). Please read this from your Bible and find comfort as I have, or visit jw.org for more information.

My deepest condolences to the entire family of Joseph. May God be with all of you during this difficult time. Keep the memories you have with him and Joseph will live with you for the rest of your days.
You are in my prayers.

To the family, although I don't know you my heart goes out to you during this time of sadness. I wish to offer my condolences for your loss. I know that the pain of losing a loved one in death is like no other pain we ever experience and is the most difficult thing to get through. May you find comfort and have faith in God’s promise of an earthly paradise where even death will no longer exist. That promise is found at Revelation 21:4, 5 which reads “And he [God} will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.†As wonderful as it is that mourning, outcry and pain will be no more, God’s promise even includes doing away with mankind‘s ultimate enemy - death. “And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing.“ 1 Corinthians 15:26
