To the Truesdale Family. I didn't know Lester personally, but I would like to express my condolences to you and your family for your loss. I have experienced A similar loss in the past, and found a great deal of comfort from what we read in the bible about how death will be done away with as stated in Isaiah 25:8. Also we read the words of Jesus who said we will see our dead loved ones again (John 5:28,29). Please read this from your Bible and find comfort as I have, or visit jw.org for more information.

Lester,

You were one of my oldest friends. We had a blast when we were young. I look fondly on those days in the Terrace. We always took care of one another in those days. All of you guys were like brothers to me. I t saddens me that you have passed. Thank you for being my friend.

I offer my sincere condolences to family and friends. When someone we love falls asleep in death it throws us off balance and we are left with many emotions including anger, pain, disbelief and denial; and we know that our lives will never be the same. Slowly we adjust and we find the strength to go on without them. Our love never dies, but remains forever in our hearts and memories and they bring us comfort. May you find comfort in God’s promise of an earthly paradise (Revelation 21:3-5) where even death will no longer exist and where our dead loved ones will be resurrected to live on the earth forever in peace (Acts 24:15).

My heart goes out to the family in your time of grief. Nothing can prepare us for the loss of a love one. Time and unforeseen occurrences befalls us all. So please keep in mind that Jehovah God is aware of your loss and he has assured us that he will put a fix to it. Please notice in your Bible (Revelation 21:3,4).
