A rider has left the asphalt.
A bike lies cast aside.
A place is vacant in our line.
As the miles pass us by.
It was a simple accident.
One that shouldn't have been.
Your time has come
A rider in the wind.
Friends gather to Honor
The missing man rides
Always in our hearts
God must have a different plan.
Another mission to be performed
A mission of love for our brother
A mission of respect for another...
This world will not be the same without you...
Dave. :(

To my sweet cousin. My heart was always with you. I know you are in a place where it will be okay. I know he will take care of you now and you will always be happy. There is no more bad for you. You always had the hugest heart and always loved so hard. Although we haven't seen each other in a long time you will be truly missed. Rest in peace. I love you.

Rip to the Chief, I didn't really get to know the Chief, but I have seen him at few bike events over the past few years. He always had a smile on his face and seemed to truly loved the motorcycle community around him. I live a few doors down from Smithfield Ave on this Thursday night, and here a steady stream of bikes heading to the funeral home. I'm sure the chief is looking down with a huge smile on his face, hearing the thunderous rumble of the biker family coming to say goodbye. I know it made me smile to hear so many bikes cruise by to show how much David touched you all! Rip!

I am saddened to learn of David's passing. I live in the same neighborhood and would often see him waiting for the bus. He always waved to me. I even got a marriage proposal from him once :). I will miss seeing him. My condolences to his family and to all of the Biker friends that were his family. David was so happy when you threw him his birthday party! He was handing out the invitations! May David rest in peace.

Tomorrow is the first day I will be back at RHD since your passing. Thinking about this it reminds me that RHD, my life and the lives of all your family and friends will never be the same. You were the second person I met at RHD. You introduced yourself as Chief Dave Friend of Vengeance and asked me how I was doing. From that day forward I was truly lucky and honored to have learned more about you. You were an amazing artist and a passionate individual who always wanted to help others and make people laugh. I will forever miss you and cherish the memories I have had with you at RHD. As a last note I will remember this "Some people come into our lives and quickly go. Some people stay a while and leave footprints in our hearts and we are never ever the same." I am honored to say, you are a person who has left footprints in my heart and I will never ever be the same. R.I.P. Dave
