Dear Delgado family
I worked with Frank for 10 plus years on the Energy Enterprise and feel like I too have lost a family member.
Frank was always kind, hard working, personable, reliable and a good friend to all of his shipmates.

You are all in our thought and we are all better off for having had Francisco Delgado in our lives.

On behalf of the entire crew, I want to say how sad we are. Frank and Manny are family to us. I spent many years at sea with Frank, and when I eventually became Captain on the Energy he was so proud of me. He was a pleasure to work with. I will always miss his Rice and Beans, and Breakfast sandwhiches, these foods gave me comfort after stressful days. Frank always gave me more food than I asked for, and he did so with a smile. He was a one of the nicest, kindest shipmates I have ever had. We all miss him, and our thoughts are with you and your family now as you say goodbye to this great man. We will keep his legacy alive on this ship, as he was a part of it and always will be.

To The Delgado Family & Friends
I am a better person for having Frank in my life. I will miss him greatly. He was always kind and understanding. He often helped me with his positive outlook on problems. He always took care of the crew under his care. Once again He will be missed . I hope all that knew & worked with him remember his love of his job in feeding all aboard the Energy Enterprise. I remember his calming smile and gentle nature.

Very sorry to hear the sad news about Frank's passing away. I was a shipmate for many years with Frank on the Energy Enterprise. He was one of the reasons that made the Energy a great ship. Truly one of the finest stewards and shipmates I have sailed with in my 40 year career. I will miss his always pleasant nature and the world's best omelettes.

As one of the pilots who brought the Energy Enterprise in and out of Rhode Island waters many times over the years, I always looked forward to seeing Frank and his smiling face on the bridge of the ship. He was always checking to make sure we had something to eat no matter what the time of day. In the galley with his brother, they kept the crew happy with their excellent food!
