From all the years that I've been with Pa Lacey's great grandson, L.A., he never failed to smile every time I come to visit. His spirit and smiles and little talks I've had with him seemed like I've known him for a long time and I'm truly blessed and honored for my son to meet his great GREAT grandfather eventhough Larenz will not remember those moments, but he will always be in our hearts, and I will never forget when the last time Pa Lacey held Larenz (or lil L.A. He calls him) He held him tight as long as he can and he said "oOh my, he's getting heavy!" And he just kept holding and staring at him while the most precious moment melted my heart away.. God bless Ernest "Cuff" Lacey, see you around! Larenz knows you're looking down at him and the family! ❤️
