Uncle Ray it is hard for me to accept that you are now an angel, some of my best memories are the ones that I spent with you getting lost in Busch Gardens, the squirrel that wouldn't give up, the belt that hurt like a whip...you always went above and beyond for us I wish you peace now you deserve it, I cant get you off my mind... Becky and Matt I'm so sorry wish I could be there to give you big hugs I will never forget you Uncle Ray hope your garden in heaven is as beautiful as your gardens were here!

Becky and Matt! Garrick and I are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of your father. Your Dad was a wonderful person. Kind, gentle, soft spoken and one of the most laid back people we have ever met. I always enjoyed chatting up your Dad. I liked asking him questions about his garden and talking to him about Cape Verde. I liked hearing about his experiences growing up and how it felt for him to move to the states. He was always welcoming and open. I know how much your dad meant to you and how much of a Daddys girl you were. Theres no doubt in my mind that your Dad was well taken care of. You are selfless and his #1 fan! Your father will be greatly missed . We love you!!
