Dear Irene and family: Just heard about Bob's passing at Mass this morning. You will all be in my prayers. He was such a compassionate man and will be missed. His suffering is over and I'm sure he's looking down on all of you with a tender smile.

I am finding it hard to find the words to say about a good man and friend whom I found was easy to be with, easy to talk to, easy to work with, easy to share thoughts with, easy to laugh with even if his was a bad joke, easy to see how generous and committed he was to his causes, and easy to respect and admire. Its hard to find the words to say how Bob and his family was such an important part of my life as Ranger at Camp. I am finding it hard to think how much we will all miss him.

Dear Irene and family, It is with surprise that I learned of Deacon Bob's passing. I also heard it at morning mass on Sunday. You all remain in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Deacon Bob was a great guy very giving, kind and compassionate. One of his greatest gifts is that he loved to tease. I am sure he is enjoying the Lord as I write this, He must have teased Lillian and Paulin Deacon Bob you will be greatly missed by the many people you served..e

To The Entire Pelland Family;
I am so sorry to learn of the passing of "Uncle" Bob, I have many fond, memories of him. The people he helped in his everyday commitment to others overwhelms the heart. He did so much for so may whenever he could. His jokes, some extremely funny...some not so good but the smile on his face while telling them was a beacon in the room. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
God Bless you all. You will be in my thoughts and prayers at this difficult time. Love You All.

Dear Pelland Family,
Deacon Bob was a very special man, who always had a smile on his face. Our family learned how to love and accept all those who entered our lives, because of his shining example of his faith. He gave so much to the members of Sacred Heart Parish and for that we will be eternally grateful. We are confident that he suffers no more and that our Lord comforts him in Heaven. Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you. God bless.

With genuine interest, “So good to see you… tell me, what’s going on?” Hard working, “Well it is pretty hot in the clam cake and chowder room!” Grateful, “Grateful to God!” “Grateful for so much, my wife, my family, Fr. Gadoury, the Camp, even ______ (fill in your own name)” he could say with a smile. He meant it, you mattered. To his family, who had the privilege and good fortune of so many experiences with him, his memory will be cherished. To so many others with whom he shared his good works, his laughter, and his faith, he will be well-remembered and missed. For the life of Bob Pelland, there is much to celebrate. Thank you Bob. With love and appreciation,
