Julio! My friend who got me to start playing soccer again in this country and open me to new friendships with your friends, i will forever be grateful for this. I'm going to miss you big time, you were a great friend to me and everyone around you.

Julio my little friend, I can not believe you are gone, so many memories that we shared together, playing soccer and going out, you will never be forgoten, you were a special friend to me as I was to you, we spent allot of time together. I have known and worked as a customer and vendor with Julio for many years. We did finally meet at a Chicago Tool show and then in Fort Lauderdale a number of years ago.

To Julio & Penny's family, I send my thoughts and prayers to you during this difficult time. I graduated from high school with Julio and was saddened to hear of his passing at a 25th reunion planning meeting just yesterday. I also am amazed that Julio's sister lives right here in my own town....

To Penny & Julio's Family. I am so sorry for your loss. I just heard, I am an old friend of Julio and we lost touch in the last few years. You may remember me, Julio lived at my house on Beckside Road in North Providence and we played soccer together. He was the nicest roommate I ever had and was always a good caring honest person. I wish we didn't lose touch but I got married and quit playing soccer. Life is to busy and and cut way to short for Julio. You and Alexis will be in my prayers.

I was so sad to learn that Julio is gone. I wished I had known as i only found out yesterday. I went to school with him and he was a very kind and caring friend not to mention a great soccer player for the Warriors!! He always had a smile on his face and lite up the room...May he be in peace and know he leaves many friends behind that are truly heartbroken....RIP Amigo
