Unfortunately, I never had the pleasure to meet Barbara. I do know she must have been a kind and generous person, since her son Louis also shares these traits. My prayers are with Louis and the rest of her family.

Barbara will be sadly missed. She was a wonderful mother and mother in-law. She raised 6 beautiful children. She never gave up hope when times where tough. Always a smile and laughing. Anyone that was around her was blessed to have a caring & devoted friend.
She will be missed

Dear Amy and Qwen ... It has been such a long, long time since I have seen all of you. I recall reading about your mother falling asleep in death but was unable to attend her service. (The picture of her is very nice.) It is so sad that we have to see our loved ones get old and sick. However, we are most fortunate to know that the Bible tells us the Truth about the resurrection hope (John 5:28 & 29). I have fond memories of your family and taking your mom to the Kingdom Hall. It would be so very nice to see you again. I now go to the Elmhurst Congregation on Great Road in Lincoln. Please let me know how you are doing. I live at 24 Raphael Avenue, Providence (off of Charles Street). My phone is #751-1276. Christian Love, Becky
