To Mickey's family,
My sincere sympathies to all of you. I first met Mickey when I was still in high school!! (70's)I was a good friend of Danny L. and we always hung out together. Mickey was always a nice guy, and gave from the heart. I had not seen him for many years. But I will always remember he had a GREAT SMILE! May he rest in peace. Thoughts and prayers are with you all.

We are saddened to learn that you lost your Dad. We remember all of you from the old neighborhood in Cumberland when we were raising our kids. We have found much comfort from others during our times of loss. We hope it will help you as well to know that others share your grief at this time. (Rev. 21:4) (John 5:28)

Ciocia Barbara, I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Do you know, my first thought when I found out was "I have to call my mom"!. I think she probably already knows, would not be surprised if she's met up with him already. Regretfully I have a conflict on Sunday and cannot make it but I will be thinking of you all. Love, Paula K and the Kalafarski family

What fond memories I have. As I think of my uncle, tears are running down my cheeks but I'm smiling, too! He always made us laugh. My fondest memories are in the back yard at our Aunt Clara's house. We'd be paying One, Two Three Red-light or Red Rover, Red Rover. I would look to my left or right and there he would be in the line with us kids! The rest of the adults were not about to play, but uncle Micky, he was a child at heart. I loved him dearly! I know he knew that. Lots of hugs to you cousins and your families! Because of you, the McDermott name will go on!
