Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the Partington family, we are so sorry for your loss. May all the fond memories of you and William get you through this difficult time. Heaven has gotten another loving "Angel", he's up there running around and enjoying his freedom from his illness.

Doug, Kevin and family we are sorry to see the world has lost an amazing man. Growing up with the whole Partington Clan some of our fondest memories always included Billy. I don't remember ever seeing him without a smile or his joyous laughter...He will always be in our hearts as you all will...Love to you all from The Rebele's God Bless you Billy P.

With heart felt sympathy my prayers to Doug, Maria, Kevin and the kids. Billy was an exceptional human being...he brang joy to all that knew him. It saddens me to have him leave so early...my only peace is that I know he is with THE WYLLIE family looking down and watching over all of us. RIP Billy..I will miss you.

Although I have only known Bill for three years he has become a very special person to me and my daughter. We loved seeing his face light up when we came to teach sign language. He was one of the funniest, smartest, happiest people I have ever met. He will be greatly missed.
Our prayers for his family are they get though this tough time knowing that Bill is happily "entertaining" the angels!

My condolences to Bill's family. I worked with him many years ago at the Blackstone Valley Center and looked forward to seeing his smiling face every morning at the reception desk. He was one in a million! Bill accomplished many great things in his life and I was always so proud of him when I would read something new about his current activities and adventures. He was very intelligent, motivated, caring, well-liked, had a wonderful, witty, sense of humor, and always an upbeat attitude. He brightened people's lives and taught them how to face each day with a smile. The world has indeed lost a very special person, and I am happy to think of him watching over all of us from above!
