DEAR MARY,MARK,BETH AND SHAWN...AS YOU KNOW,I FIRST MET RAYMOND ( CUTSY )IN 1973 WHEN I FIRST BECAME EMPLOYED AT THE LINCOLN WATER COMMISSION. FROM THAT DAY FORTH AND FOR THE NEXT 30 YEARS AS CO-WORKERS WE SHARED EVENTS THAT WOULD BE ETCHED IN OUR MEMORIES FOREVER. TIME AFTER TIME, BEFORE AND AFTER HIS RETIREMENT, WE WOULD PULL SOME OF THOSE MEMORIES OUT OF THE CLOSET, DUST THEM OFF AND HAVE A FEW CHUCKLES FOR OURSELVES. CUTSY LOVED TO LAUGH AND I ENJOYED MAKING HIM LAUGH AND LAUGHING WITH HIM. HE WILL ALWAYS BE A GREAT FRIEND, A FRIEND WHO SHARED HIS LOVE,PRIDE AND APPRECIATION OF HIS FAMILY WITH ME AND ALWAYS SHOWED CONCERN FOR HOW I AND MY FAMILY MEMBERS WERE FAIRING.I CONSIDER MYSELF FORTUNATE TO HAVE KNOWN RAYMOND,I ONLY WISH WE HAD THE TIME FOR ONE LAST CHUCKLE. HE WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN.
MAY GOD AND JESUS REST HIS SOLE AND SHOW HIM THE WAY TO EVERLASTING PEACE AND TRANQUILITY. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. AHMEN

"Cutsy" was a good friend who always gave us the opportunity to laugh.
I'll never forget the good times we had on Prospect Hill; hanging out at Wilson's Store, card games in the old Hope Street fire station, waiting for the whistle to go off.
Peace my friend.....

Mrs. C, Beth, Marc and Sean - You are all in our prayers. Mr. C - Gosh - I loved that man. He had a heart the size of Manhatten and always had the biggest smile on his face. I don't believe he ever left home without that smile. He was a great man and will be sadly missed. May the memories you all hold dear bring you peace and comfort during this difficult time. God Bless you all. Love Darlene

Dear Shawn and family,
I am so sorry for your loss; may you find strength and happiness in each other at this difficult time. Shawn--I will always remember your Dad fondly; both he and your mom were always so welcoming when I would visit, and tolerant of our experiments, projects, and big ideas. Thank you for sharing them with me.
Most sincerely, your old friend,
Jane
