To Ma Papineau, Jeanne, Doris, Yvonne and Ronnie and to all your families,
When somebody dies, a cloud turns into an angel, and flies up to tell God to put another flower on a pillow. A bird gives the message back to the world, and sings a silent prayer that makes the rain cry. People disappear, but they never really go away....
The spirits up there put the sun to bed, wake up grass, and spin the earth in dizzy circles. Sometimes you can see them dancing in a cloud during the day-time, when they're supposed to be sleeping. They paint the rain-
bows and also the sunsets and make waves splash and tug at the tide. They toss shooting stars and listen to wishes. And when they sing windsongs, they whisper to us, don't
miss me too much. The view is nice and I'm doing just fine.
You are in our thoughts and prayers love to all of you and we are always here for you...I am proud to have known PA Papineau...

My heart is heavy today. Another "original" has died and gone to his maker. Another CF resident gone from the city. I hope they are having re-unions in heaven and talking about all the good times!

Uncle Omer filled my childhood with laughter and smiles. When Uncle was around my Vovo was always smiles as well. I was blessed to have had Uncle in my life, and to also have those memories of happiness in my mind.

My heart is with all of You, grateful for the love and caring that You share and continue to afford each other and Your beautiful parents. The first thought that came to mind was one that has been a prayer of gratitude many times over during the past 57 some odd years of how Uncle Omer had blessed our family by encouraging my father to reside at our most wonderful home in Cumberland. I'm also able to have a heart full of smiles, remembering how full of life, fun, determination, and a bit of stubborness, that this man exuded; making for a well rounded, hard working, proud, and caring person. I feel the loss and yet a sense of joy, knowing that he is once again dancing and playing cards with a group of other souls like himself that We also had the extreme pleasure of knowing and being blessed by. Thank You for remembering them also.
Prayers and Heartfelt Hugs to You All ! Namaste'

Dear Alice and family,
Please accept our deepest sympathies on your loss. You and Omer were two special people.
We found out too late to attend the wake or funeral but our thoughts and prayers were with all of you.
May God be at your side through this difficult period.

My deepest sympathy on the loss of Omer. His smile will always be with all the parishioners of Notre Dame who knew him. I am confident the good Lord has a special place for him in his heavenly kingdom.
