My deepest regrets and condolonces go out for Keith and family. Tina was a very special friend of me and the Hispanic community. Diversity was her main goal specially for Equal Housing Opportunities. Was a privilege work with her for many years in Pawtucket and Central Falls Housing Authorities. Thanks to Tina many Hispanic speaking residents had obtained section 8 apartaments in the city.. With proud I can say that no body matches her record for housing opportunities for the minority community.
