Anyone who had met Julie has lost a bright, shining light. She always made you feel so warm and welcomed. I will always remember her sweetness and her sense of humor. Whenever I need to smile, I will think of her. I'm so sorry, Allan, for your loss and for ours.

Dear Julie (aka Brandt)
As you were like an angel on earth, you are now an angel in heaven. Each and every person who was blessed to know you, felt the warmth and kindness of your overflowing heart. You were truly a beautiful person, both inner and outer beauty. As one of your paintings, you were a lovely portrait of a person. Whenever we saw each other, smiles automatically came to our faces and great inner warmth made us feel loved. I will never forget the fun times and great talks we had, even when doing painting jobs for your dad. We always said, each of us alone did an okay painting job, but together we made Rembrandts. Then, my continuous teasing..."How many do you have now?", referring to your children, then later, about your grandchildren. Brandt, I love and will miss my favorite cousin.
