What I’m going to put down in words here were spoken to you over the years but I had to express myself again for all to read. I want to thank you for being a great brother to me through my whole life. I was never the pest little brother to you(at times I’m sure I was) that a younger brother can be. You embraced it from the moment I was born and everyone can see that by the smile on your face in every photo you and I are in. You always took the time to play games with me whether is was board games, games we invented together or the normal basketball, baseball, wiffleball, football and hockey we would play. Thank you for playing music at a rate that would have been nauseating to some but was a high for me. Thank you for all sitcoms and movies we watched together as kids which has allowed me to be the go to guy when questions/trivia come up about these subjects. Thank you for taking care of me like a father when mom passed. Thank you for providing for me by keeping a roof over my head. Thank you for helping me raise my son Ryan in all that was necessary as you did for me, in order that he can have a good life as he grew older. You were a great uncle. You led by example which i followed and want to thank you for shaping me into the man I am today. Your sense of humor, respect for others, kindness, knowledge and love you displayed all through your life will never be forgotten but always cherished. They would say that you and I were like night and day but how could that be when I modeled myself after you. I may have spoken more at times but it’s not what you say, it’s how you carry yourself as you go through life. You carried yourself well. You were a great son, brother, uncle, father, grandson, and employee but most glaring to us all who knew you was your love and friendship. I love you, I will miss you. You will always be in my heart my best friend. The chair will be empty we’re you would have sat as my best man at my wedding but I know you will be there in spirit smiling as you did in all those pictures as kids and watching over me as you always did. Rest In Peace till we see each other again.

Dear Esther, Steven, and Family,
We are so sorry for the pain that you are experiencing through the loss of your husband, father, and brother. Death is an enemy to every family. We wish you the peace that comes from knowing that death 'is to be brought to nothing' soon by the Kingdom of Christ Jesus. (1Cor.15:26) His sacrifice ensures that promise for the future of all whom we have lost. Please know that your extended family is here to help you through these taxing days of loss and to hopefully give you confidence and peace. We love you all very much.

To my dearest sister, nephew, and the entire Badessa family, we are so sorry for your loss, and the pain and hurt that you are experiencing, in this very difficult time. Truly there are no words we can say that can completely extinguish your sorrow. I hope though you can take comfort from the book of Job chapter 14 verses 14 and 15 which states in part: "If an able bodied man dies can he live again? You will call and I myself shall answer you." Take stock in those words for that is promised to us by our loving GOD JEHOVAH. Death is an enemy that soon will be no more and we will be reunited with our lossed loved ones. All our love

IT’S BEEN FOUR YEARS TODAY SINCE YOU LEFT US AND I THINK ABOUT YOU EVERYDAY. HOW COULD I NOT . WITH YOU GONE, A PIECE OF ME DIED ALONG WITH YOU. I’M THE ONLY ONE LEFT OF THE FAMILY I GREW UP WITH. I HAVE SURVIVED AND WILL CONTINUE TO SURVIVE AS LONG AS GOD WANTS ME TO FINISH OUT HIS PLAN FOR ME. LIKE MILLIONS OF OTHERS, I THINK ABOUT WHAT LIFE WOULD HAVE BEEN LIKE HAD MOM NOT PASSED AWAY . WE ALL KNOW IT TAKES TIME TO HEAL BUT DO WE REALLY EVER? EVEN THOSE WHO BECOME SUCCESSFUL IN ALL OF LIFES RICHES, I BELIEVE THERE IS A VOID IN OUR HEARTS THAT SHAPES US IN SO MANY DIFFERENT WAYS THAT WE DO NOT REALIZE ITS EFFECT AS WE NAVIGATE THROUGH THIS LIFE. I APPLAUD ALL THOSE WHO REACH THEIR GOALS AND DREAMS AFTER A DEATH HAS DERAILED THEIR LFE BUT THERE ARE ALSO MANY WHO STRUGGLE TO KEEP PUSHING FORWARD WHETHER ITS FROM THEIR OWN AFFLICTION OR THAT VOID IN THE HEART. I WILL CONTINUE TO SURVIVE THROUGH THE BOTH THE GOOD AND BAD BUT THE VOID CAN NEVER BE FILLED. I MISS YOU AND I WILL FOREVER HOLD ON TO THOSE CHERISHED MEMORIES I HAVE OF YOU AND AS WELL AS THE FAMIY TREASURES OF US ALL. I LOVE YOU.
