Dad, I miss you more than I can express. You lived a life of Love, Generosity and Faith. I have been, and will forever be proud to be Bill Fortin's daughter. I miss kissing your forehead and listening to your favorite music. Every time I try to sing. Although I didn't have the honor of meeting Mr. Fortin prior to the onset of Alzherimer's, I did get to know him through his daughter's heart. He was a devoted husband and father. He was gentle,thoughtful, kind and attentive. He was also a very patient man who taught his daughter how to read. He was an accomplished teacher and a very intelligent man. And he was a man of great faith who practiced what he believed in his compassion and love for his family, friends, students and neighbors. He gave his whole heart to the world and his love will forever live in the hearts he touched. I'm sorry for your loss. Much Love, Sylvie

Me and my mom remember coming over to your house at times and you and the girls use to babysitter me at times. We use to go for walks and rides to the park at times. And I remember playing with the cats that you use to have and having good times at your house. I remember seeing you at church ever Saturday at O.L.C. Church.
