Ms. Francis was a wonderful woman and a Great Neighbor as you know if your from the old school and growing up in Wiggings Village Ms. Francis wasn't just a neighbor she was a mother, grandmother, aunt and you knew better to treat her as such or you knew she was going to get you and then when she told your parents they were going to get you. Ms. Francis use to gather all the kids in B court and take us to Bills Variety on Cranston Street in the Village and buy us ice cream. Ms. Francis was always there for everyone and everyone Loved her and she will be missed but not forgotten. RIP Ms. Francis
