Joe was one of the first CC HA i met 20 yrs ago. I was his neighbor for a few yrs. I enjoyed chatting with him about my bike and life in general. He was a very nice soft spoken man. My sympathy goes out to family and fiance. R.I.P. my friend you will be missed and never forgotten.
