Manny & Dean, Rob and I have worked together since 2007. He has done all my work and he became a dear friend. I had checked in with him often since his surgery several months ago and he was always up beat, hiding the truth. Your brother was a good man and I will miss him sorely. He did the last job for me in late March and I left him while we were both laughing. That is how I will remember him. He’s with his beloved mom now.

I’ve known Rob since I was a kid, probably 27 or 28 years. Grew up with his younger brother who I became close friends with, worked with Rob doing floors, we went to the gym together, hung out everywhere, we laughed and joked all the time, especially at work, no matter what we did we Just had good times!! But as you get older you live your life, get married, have kids etc. , but even though life goes on, even though we all live our lives and no longer hang out like we used to or go cruising through Cranston and roger Williams park or wherever we all had the connection, we were extended family.. may not have been blood related but will always be brothers!!! Manny, Rob, and dean!! The best brothers anyone could ask for!! Now one is gone but never forgotten, because brothers never stop being brothers. They may leave you here on this earth but they hold a spot for you when it’s your time to meet up again. I know all of us will be together again like we used to, laughing and joking like back in the day someday. But until then, rest easy brother!! You will be missed but never forgotten!!

To the Lourenco family, I’m so sorry for the loss of your son, brother, uncle & cousin. I met Rob a few times over the past couple of years and he was always a kind, sweet, funny man. More than that, I’ve heard stories about him from his business partner/friend/brother, Matthew Guerriero, along with the Guerriero family. The stories that have been shared to me, have shown me just how much of an amazing person Rob was to all. May the memories of Rob and the love of his family and friends give you the strength in the days ahead. Rob will always be in your heart and with the hearts of many others that loved him. May you find comfort in all of the special memories you’ve all shared with him. May there be comfort in knowing that someone so special will never be forgotten.
