Dad, We traveled together on a long road of failing health which we could never see a good outcome. I watched you fail. I watched as the quality of your life dwindled. But we kept trying to stay positive up until the very day you had had enough. I will miss our trips to the VA, and will keep my promise to take care of Mom. I will miss you very much.
