He was my rascal and I was his favorite wench. This special man was one of my favorite people in the world. Always fair minded. I will miss him dearly. Joe and I thank you for your friendship Bill. Rest in peace my friend. 🙏❤🙏

Bill applied his engineering skills to repairing corruption in Rhode Island State Government. During the years I saw him working for Operation Clean Government, Bill was patriotic, diligent, tenacious and wise. He was a light for us all.

Bill was a character and a true gentleman. His attention to detail and intelligence plus heapings of common sense made him a valuable asset to the school committee. That twinkle in his eye and a well placed witticism lightened the mood of many committees. Thank you for your dedication to the students of Exeter-West Greenwich.

I'm one of Bills ham radio friends from western NY. I will miss our weekday chats at 1:00pm. He would often report on his weekly chess games and some of the stories were great. So glad I had the chance to meet him and Bev.
