Ostina and family,
It's been many years since Jack and I worked together in Providence with the Boy Scouts. He was one of the most memorable of my acquaintances during those days when he, almost single-handedly, developed the inner-city Scouting program. He was a wonderful personality, always a good friend, and so committed to making life better for young boys and men.

Our condolences go out to the Soares family, Jack has been a friend of ours for many years and will be greatly missed. Jack was very active in the life of our sons with the Boy Scouts of America. He spent much quality time camping with them,we thank him for his influence with our children. Ostina you are greatly loved by both of us. God Bless.
