Dear Lydia and family,
Though pani Taissa's bright light is very missed here by her beloved family and friends, she leaves behind countless beautiful memories. Vichnaya Pamyat.

The "Church Ladies" always made me smile when they were together, remembering when WE were the young ones then. I believe there is another candle lit at the Church Ladies' table in Heaven. Pani Taissa's radiant smile will, no doubt, shine on forever.

Dearest Lydia, Orest, and your families,
We send our deepest condolences on your mother’s passing. Your mother, my aunt, was an inspiration and role model to me. She was a wonderful person with a great outlook on life and always had a smile. I am sure she is very happy to be reunited with your dad in heaven.
Tsiom!

Taissa was my only sister and I always looked up to her as she was older, smarter, and played the piano better than I did. We grew up in turbulent times during the war but were fortunate to find new life in a new country. I and my entire family will miss you. You are now at peace with your husband and in the hands of God.

Dear Lydia and Orest and loved ones,
I want to convey my deepest condolences to you for your loss.
Although I had not seen your mother for quite a few years, I remember her well from Wickford and times she and your father visited with my parents. What twist of fate brought two Ukrainian doctors and their families to the Village of Wickford?
I remember her vitality and intellect, and her loving way with her young children. How proud she was of you both!
May she rest in peace, and may you find comfort and solace with your loved ones.

Dear Lydia and Orest,
Taissa was like a second mom to me. Kind and welcoming to her home even when I was a naughty little boy. I will request a Mass said in both your mother's and father's memory at Saint Anthony's Church in White River Junction Vermont.
