I had the pleasure of working with John on his home purchases and was always amazed at his good nature. He spoke often and with love about his wife and family all the time. I am honored to have known him personally and my thoughts are with the family

I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to the entire Santos family. I was shocked amd saddened to hear of his untimely death. I've worked with John Paul for almost 10 years and I never heard him say an unkind word to or about anyone. He was always kind and even tempered, I don't think that I ever saw him display any animosity towards his co-workers which sometimes would be well deserved. May his soul rest in peace ðŸ™ðŸ¼

My condolences to all of John's family and dear friends. I live across from the house that he owned in Providence. We would exchange greetings and check on how we were when he came to look after the house. He was kind and caring.
