The world has lost one of the most ethical, authentic men I have ever met. Thank you for your service to SSTAR. I will be ever grateful for the opportunity that you provided to me and the chance that I had to get to know you during my recruitment and early tenure at SSTAR.

So sad and sorry to hear about Mr. Donnelly. Having spent many weekends growing up with Jim Donnelly Jr., his dad was the best. Always had a joke to tell, a great movie to talk about, last nights Red Sox game or to share his perspective of any topic in depth. Words can't express the sorrow however I'm grateful to have known him and thankful for all of the good memories. My mom, dad (his pal) and Jeff always enjoyed his company. He will be greatly missed. Our condolences.

Love,

Scott Dooley

Jim's grace, wit and intelligence shined in our recent, challenging endeavor. He was a man in full. It was a privilege to know him, and a greater privilege to call him a friend.

Jim
I will miss you buddy, particularly the long phone calls about investing that eventually evolved into solving the worlds problems. You always brightened the day, heaven is a better place today.

Jim was my first hire at InBank. He was fresh out of grad school and we really hit it off right from the start. One of the brightest and funniest guys I've ever known. MTFBWY, my friend.

Bubba was my mentor. He taught me how to read charts and trade bonds when I worked with him at Carroll. McEntee & McGinley and Greenwich Capital. I credit my successful financial career to Jim. The financial markets are a darker place without him. My deepest condolences to Barbara and his beloved family.
