I was close friends with John while growing up in Central Falls. We used to walk to CF high together and stop at Benny's store to play some pinball. He was a nice guy who liked sports...we used to play wiffle ball at Kendall st play ground. He was easy to talk to and had a good sense of humor. I wish we would have stayed in touch since we both lived in Pawtucket. I eat breakfast with some friends who all graduated from CF and they they were all sad to hear of his passing. Very sorry for your loss.
