My dad spent his life building things. From working on Rt.95 in Pawtucket back in the 60's to pouring the concrete at Gillette stadium in Foxboro back in 2001. He was so proud to have worked for Hart engineering for all those years. The friendships he made while working there were very close to his heart. My dad would show me how to do things, not do it for me and now I know why, so I can take all I have learned from him and pass it on to my son. My dad was always there for me, like when he was my little league coach or when he bought me my first car then my second car or when I almost burned down the garage on warren avenue or the time I crashed my car on 195 and he stayed by my bed side holding my hand. He never got angry and never held a grudge. I am truly the luckiest son ever to have had a dad like him. I will miss you and remember everything we did together. I will mourn your death but celebrate your life. My dad was a soldier, cement finisher, farmer, fisherman, coach, husband, son, grandfather, brother, cousin, uncle, but most of all he was my best friend. I love you dad.

My Uncle Al was one of the most sincere, loving, and caring people that I knew. Im very close with my family and nothing will ever be the same without him. I will always hold the memories that I have with him close to my heart. Im so sorry Alan and Erik for your loss. Just know that you have a big family right by your side. We all love you very much and were all here for you. Tori, Alex and Zack- Grandpa cared for you all very much and you all made him a very happy man for the family that he made. All you can do is live your life for him and tell Dylan stories of Grandpa and how good of a man that he was. Hes watching over all of you.
